Don't know if you will get this since you haven't posted since AUGUST (baaaad blogger you!) but I wanted to let you know that I appreciate the comment on the Ferber method... I'm pretty sure you mean the one where you lay the child down and after five minutes of crying go in for a kiss and a pat then walk away and repeat till the child is asleep. We tried that last night and it actually WORKED! I consulted with Stephanie for some ideas to and we concluded that the babies need more structured naps so they don't get overtired. Yesterday afternoon we put them in their beds and then at 5:30p we gave bottles and at 6 had baths. both babies went down at 6:30 - Harper absolutely did not make a peep! Her thumb went right in her little mouth and she was out in 2 minutes. Lily did the whiny cry for about 10 minutes and then she was out too. This morning they had bottles at 7:15 CRIB NAPS with no crying at 8:45 and slept till 9:40 and we are about to feed. I am going to try this throughout the day today during three hour increments and see how it goes. Hope you are well and enjoyed the holidays!
